Mighto AI SMS Terms
1. Program
The Mighto AI SMS program ("Program"), operated by Mighto AI, Inc., sends text messages from our toll-free number +1 (855) 513-3024 about service requests handled through Mighto AI: RFQ invitations to vendors, and to customers — new vendor quotes, alerts when a request needs your attention, and payment and refund receipts. The Program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
2. How you opt in
Either of these subscribes you:
- In the Mighto AI iOS or Android app — tapping Get Started to sign up agrees to the Terms, including text and WhatsApp messages about your requests; the notice under the button says so. You can turn texts off at any time in Account → Notifications & reminders, or reply STOP.
- On the web (app.mighto.com) — when you sign up or sign in, you can tick the optional SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default) above Get Started. You only receive texts if you tick it.
- By text — text SUBSCRIBE (or START) to +1 (855) 513-3024. We reply with a message describing the Program and ask you to confirm; reply YES within 24 hours. You are not subscribed by text until you confirm.

3. Message frequency
Customers receive about 4 messages per request. Vendors receive messages about the jobs they are invited to quote on.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Mighto AI does not charge for text messages.
5. How to stop
Text STOP to +1 (855) 513-3024 at any time to opt out. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT also work. You will receive one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further messages after that. To rejoin, text SUBSCRIBE and confirm again. You can also turn SMS off in the Mighto app under notification settings.

7. Consent
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of using Mighto AI.
8. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and is not guaranteed.
9. Privacy
We use your mobile number only to operate the Program and to support your service requests. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See the Mighto AI Privacy Policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. We'll post changes on this page with a new effective date; material changes to the Program will be sent by text before they take effect.
