Mighto AI text messages — how to opt in
Mighto AI texts property managers, HOAs and the vendors they work with about their service requests: RFQ invitations, new quotes, alerts when your attention is needed, and payment and refund receipts.

Three ways to opt in
1. When you sign up on the web (app.mighto.com). The sign-up screen asks for your mobile number and shows two separate checkboxes above the Get Started button, both unchecked by default: an optional SMS consent checkbox, and a required checkbox to accept the Terms and Privacy Policy:

Get Started
You only receive texts if you tick the box. Ticking it is optional and is not a condition of using Mighto AI. Accepting the Terms and Privacy Policy is a separate checkbox and does not sign you up for texts. You can turn texts off at any time in the app under Account → Notifications & reminders, or text STOP.
2. When you sign up in the Mighto AI iOS or Android app. The app asks for your mobile number and shows this notice under the Get Started button, with links to our terms and policies:
By tapping Get Started, you agree to Mighto's Terms and Privacy Policy, including texts and WhatsApp messages from Mighto AI about your requests. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.
Messages then start with your first request. You can turn texts off at any time in the app under Account → Notifications & reminders, or text STOP.
3. By text message — the keyword opt-in below.
How keyword opt-in works
- You text the keyword. Send SUBSCRIBE (or START) to +1 (855) 513-3024.
- We ask you to confirm. You receive our welcome message describing the program, how often we text, rates, and how to get help or stop.
- You confirm. Reply YES within 24 hours. If you don't, nothing is sent and you are not subscribed.
- We confirm your subscription. You receive a confirmation message, and updates start when there is activity on your requests.
