Delete your Mighto AI account

You can permanently delete your account and your data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Mighto app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile to open Account.
3. Tap Delete account, read what will be removed, and tap Delete my account.
4. Confirm. You're signed out and your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@mighto.com from the email on your account, or include the mobile number you signed up with. We'll confirm it's you and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account and profile (name, phone number, email, business name).
• Your requests (RFQs), with their quotes, vendor conversations, photos and documents.
• Your saved addresses, My Vendors, notifications, push-notification tokens and notification settings.
• Any outreach to vendors for your open requests stops.

What is kept

Only records we're required to keep, for the period required, and not used for anything else:

• payment and tax records;
• an anonymous record that your number agreed to receive messages (the date, the notice version and a one-way code of the number, never the number itself or your name).

Copies in database backups, server logs and error reports expire on their normal cycle: backups within 1 day, logs within 30 days, and error reports within 90 days.
